In March 2024, A.S.I.A Tech Development Group strengthened ties with leading industry partners—MCC Zhongye (中冶), Huashi Group (华西), Jinggong Steel (精工), Terminus Technologies (特斯联), HDL Automation, KELIDA Building & Decoration(柯利达) and YKK AP— during a strategic business tour across China. The trip focused on forging alliances for overseas expansion, advancing automation, and elevating sustainability in building management.

Highlights included witnessing fully automated production lines at Huashi Group, where robotics and IoT systems optimize efficiency and precision. MCC Zhonge showcased quality control for construction materials, while Terminus demonstrated AIoT platforms for smart city integration. YKK AP’s zero-waste manufacturing and energy saving performance aligned with Green+’s ESG goals, emphasizing recyclable materials.

Discussions centered on joint ventures for global smart infrastructure projects, including Southeast Asian industrial parks and European modular hotels. Plans to integrate Terminus’s smart sensors into A.S.I.A’s hotel systems and co-develop blockchain-enabled supply chains with HDL were prioritized. The group also explored sustainable solutions like hurricane-resistant glazing (YKK AP) and carbon-neutral façade systems (KELIDA).

This collaboration reinforces A.S.I.A’s role as a leader in merging A.I. innovation with sustainable practices, driving smarter, greener building solutions worldwide.
